YOU WILL RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING DETAILS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PACKAGED/SHIPPED. 

As a small owned and operated business, we currently ship bi-weekly. We thank you for your understanding and patience with getting orders out to you. If you have any questions regarding shipping dates, please reach out via email. We also offer pickup on the Gold Coast at no fee. Please contact us for further details around time frames for pickup.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We will strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 7-10 Business days for shipping. Please understand that shipping times are approximates only, and may vary depending on your order time & day.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. While we do our best to check all garments before they go out, if you do have any issue with an item you've received, please contact us and let us know. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at noguidelinesapparel@gmail.com with your order number & the reason for your exchange or refund request (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with return details.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange. Exchanges are typically issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. For faulty items requiring a refund, please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note that certain items, such as sale items or gift cards, are non-returnable. 

All Returns are Shipped at the Expense of the Customer.

If however your item is faulty and you qualify for a refund, we will reimburse your return shipping costs once the garment(s) have been received.
